Spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and loved two things: the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The hotel is located in a bustling area, but the room was spotless and well-maintained. The location had the added bonus of being close to some great local restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the welcoming and kind staff who made us feel at home.

The parking space was quite small and was a bit of a headache. We also faced some communication issues with the front desk, as well as a few other guests who were not particularly considerate.

The charge points in the room were very convenient for charging our electronic devices, and the AC worked very well. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Finally, we appreciated the clean bathroom and good fittings.

The chaotic location of the hotel was very difficult to navigate and often felt unsafe, especially in the evenings. we were disappointed that English newspapers were not provided in individual rooms, and instead had to be shared in a communal area.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the railway station. the room was equipped with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and all necessary amenities, including charging points. the hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. the hotel offered smart locks, dedicated parking, and a lift for luggage convenience.

We stayed at a hotel with clean and well-equipped rooms. The hotel had facilities such as AC, WiFi, TV, hot water, and six charging points. The staff provided exemplary service, especially Mohana Madam and Theagarajan. Additionally, the hotel was in a convenient location close to the railway station.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Our stay at Pph Living Neermala Residency was exceptional. The hospitality shown by the front desk manager and housekeeping staff was outstanding. The neighborhood had a happy and hardworking atmosphere, which made our stay entertaining. The AC in our room was the best, providing us with a comfortable stay.

The hotel was clean and well organized, with spacious rooms. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, both the lady working day shift and the guy working at night. They even helped us with our baggage and finding a taxi. The shower had hot water and the hotel provided a comfortable revolving chair and multiple charge points in the room. The AC was effective and the bathroom and dressing table were nice. Exemplary service from the reception staff.
